Meet Charly Dolan, MA, LLP

Charly works to help clients slow down from their busy lives and reflect with them on what they value. She is passionate about getting curious with clients about what they want to prioritize in their lives, what gives them meaning, and embracing their authentic selves. In the therapy space, Charly emphasizes creating space for clients to pause and tune into their experiences with the purpose of growing greater insight and compassion, all in the service of living a more fulfilling life. Charly also pairs listening and reflecting with evidence-based skill building and coping strategies to help clients manage distress and build resiliency.
Charly brings into sessions her background training in humanistic and existential psychology, play therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parent Management Training (PMT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). These modalities allow her to tailor sessions to clients’ unique needs. Charly works with children, teens, adults, and parents of clients, with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, LGBTQ+, OCD, ADHD, ASD, and chronic pain. She is also involved in supporting families with diagnostic evaluation and clarification by providing neurodevelopmental evaluations.
During her free time, Charly enjoys spending time with friends, reading books, and spoiling her cat.
Charly is supervised by Dr. Sepsey.
